Administrative requirements |

The nominations of students under the Erasmus scheme for study stays during the winter term of the following academic year must be made by the sending institutions by the 30th June at the latest. This also applies to study stays for the whole academic year. The deadline for study stays during the summer term of the following academic year is the 30th November.
Winter term teaching usually starts at the end of September or the beginning of October and continues until the Christmas holidays. January and February are considered as examination periods. Summer term teaching usually starts at the end of February or the beginning of March and continues until May. May and June are considered as examination periods.
The following items are necessary for the personal immatriculation (enrolment) and must be produced to the Admission and Students' Office:
- Two photographs,
- A copy of the passport,
- The confirmation of the sending institution of the nomination. That confirmation is not required, if the sending institution has directly informed the Faculty about the nomination.
